runnning total on a line chart

Question

I have a line chart.&nbsp; That shows # of defects and x axis is date submitted.&nbsp; What I need to go along with this is a running total line that increases to show the grand total of defects.&nbsp; Not sure if that is possible in QB.&nbsp;&nbsp; here is what my chart looks like. I need it to look like this. I thought maybe a waterfall chart may work, but it's bars and can't do multiple lines. So i've got numbers of defects grouped by week, but I need a grand total line as well.&nbsp;

If you want to report on weeks, you will want to create a weeks table, and then summarize the data to the weeks.&nbsp; You'll have to pass the info around a bit, but if you filter the data you should be able to get it close.

Here's a cumulative graph that CloudBase Services created for a client.
The months are the horizontal access. Revenues are the vertical access.
Each line shows a cumulative total. And, there is a data table below.
