Sage Connection

My Company (Inglett & Stubbs) has just joined Quickbase. We have used Sage 300 CRE for several years. I'm not super familiar with either platform. Sage 300 CRE is a pervasive database. I'd like to be able to automate data flow between Quickbase and Sage. Does anyone have experience with Sage? Were you able to automate the data flow, or you had to do manual uploads/downloads?
