Scatter Chart in Record

Question

I created some simple rating and weighting fields, which ultimately end up in two separate percentage formula fields. I would like to add a simple scatter chart with only those 2 data points right after that section of the record.

Background:
Record in that case is a project opportunity, the two percentages scattered right after the section will give the approving Manager a quick visual if he should approve the project to move ahead.

I have looked around here for a while and have created a report link to my chart, but that seems to not work.

In other words:
Show a Report (in that case chart) in the record based only on input fields from that particular record.

Try configuring your Report Link field to match the [Record ID#] on the left (ie the [Record ID#] you are sitting on), and then on the right side navigate to your app and then right back to that same table and the same field - the [Record ID#].
