Scheduling visits on a calendar - Viewing Options for Team Memebrs


I am scheduling "visits" for our technicians and showing them on a calendar report. As many of our techs have appointments on the same day, I would like for technician A to only see the "visits" scheduled for technician A and not all of the other techs visits. 

How can I do this?

  • You need to ensure you have a User type field for the technician, and not just their name.

    Typically this comes off a Relationship to table of employees or Team Members or technicians, whatever you call them.

    Make a report filtered where technician userid Is the  current user.
