Search field from multiple tables

Hello colleagues,

I have 4 data tables, those tables contain account numbers, I am needing to take the account numbers field of the 4 tables and show them in a different table and in a search field I can see the account numbers information of the 4 tables.

I have tried to make the relations, but at the end I get 4 search fields and I don't know how to join them in only 1.

Is there any way?
