It looks like you are nearly there.

You need two conditions exactly how you stated.

[Request Status Field] is equal to "Confirmed
and
[Alcohol] = "Yes"

Not sure what your field names are, pick the correct ones. Then to test just send it to yourself instead and give it a try!
