We are really glad to hear that you have found so much value in Quick Base and also in our Community and interactions with our staff. Thank you for giving us your feedback in Uservoice, it is very helpful for us to get a pulse on what our customers are interested in as our Product Development team continues their work.
For Vitni, Neil is correct the easiest way to access uservoice and get it synced up the very first time you use it is to go into the My Apps page in Quick Base and then click on the orange feedback tab on the left hand side of the screen. This helps to register you in Uservoice with the same Quick Base Account. Then you can upvote ideas and share your own.
Also, thank you Dan for your feedback, as a former Care team member I agree that videos can be so helpful for conveying ideas in Quick Base (which can be so visual). That is something out training team is attempting to expand with our University offerings but I know we would certainly be interested in hearing if there are topics you think are missing from our curriculum and video catalogue.
