If you're happy with the reporting, then the only hassle is building the form.

What you have facilitates quick data entry. You have one click per product; tab to QTY, tab to Notes, tab to next line. Easy data entry.

Again, if you're pleased with the reporting aspect, then I'd be happy with the form too. But that's me.
