Sort and Group but only show final total?

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this (which is, this is not possible), but when using sort and group on a report, if one column is numeric and I only want the final total (total for the entire report), but do not want the total column to show in every single group, is that possible?

Any way to search the grouped heading? Or just use the My QUuickbase Coach sneak technique for searching fields not on the table?
