Sorting Chart Series

I have preparing a Bar Chart and have a series for Project A, B, C, D & E

With this bar chart, I am summarizing the 3 Sum Values

01 Initial Cost
02 Current Cost
03 Forecast End Cost

So I am expecting a bar chart that have 5 sets of 3 bar values starting from Project A from the left and ends with Project E on the right. 

However, I get a sequence of Project A, C, D, E & B

I have tried various ways to change the sort order but can't seem to find a solution. 

Appreciate some help.
