Spellcheck is not required by me; in fact, it causes me to expend so much extra time as it anticipates what I am typing.... as it deletes the letters I have put in.... up to 6 times.... as if it refus...

There is not currently a functionality to disable the search bars predictive search. That feature is built into the search bars themselves and isn't set up to be disabled. We do have an option issue for those users having trouble with it as a bug. I would recommend submitting a support case with our Care team so that your case can be tied to the open escalation on this issue. You can submit a support case when signed into Quick Base by clicking on the question mark icon that appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen and selecting "Manage Support Cases" or by clicking here. Thank you very much for your time Linda and I'm sorry there isn't a specific setting I can point you to in order to disable that behavior.
