stop role from creating reports
Is there a way to prevent a user or a role from crating reports. I would like to control which reports my user sees and uses.

Yes it is possible to disable the ability for a specific role to create reports. You can do this by going into a user role and opening up the User Interface tab for that role. There is a checkbox to Hide UI for creating or customizing reports. This removes the report builder from that role so they are not able to create new reports or edit existing reports. They would just be able to view the reports created by other roles.
