Table Report Upgrade
I have a user that is experiencing an issue that seems to have started when QB released the new Table Reports on 8/1 (Our instance starts with D so in the first group). I have created a support case for this as well, but I know how hard it is to troubleshoot when you can't duplicate the issue. When the user tries to apply a filter to any report, the screen goes blank. I have had it come back with no results, but column headings are still visible. The users whole screen goes blank. I have attached print screens. I have tried clearing browser history and using a different browser (happens with both Chrome and Edge). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so what have you tried?
