Table to Table relationship setup

Question

Hello Everyone, Need help to setup the below concept.
App 1: Loan table
App 2: Employee table(contains employee and manager details)
Question 1: An Employee with sales manager title need to have a sales admin to help with the loans
Question 2: Currently a report in loan record shows the loans assigned to XYZ sales manager, the challenge I'm facing here is to show the loans to the associated Sales admin(of the XYZ sales manager)

Do you currently have the relationship setup between the loan and employees table? It sounds like you just need the following:&nbsp;
1. Relationship from employees to loans where employees have many loans.&nbsp;
2. Add lookup fields for title and manager
3. When employee is a Sales Manager, run the report and include the sales admin as a field.------------------------------Chayce Duncan------------------------------

Thank you for the response. Yes, I have the relationship in place.
ASK: The reports in loan records need to show only the associated Sales manager's loan to the Sales Admin.&nbsp;
My assumption: Someway I need to show the Sales Admin name for the sales manager in the Employees table. What will be best way to show it------------------------------RH------------------------------
