I got it!!
Here is what I did
"https://MY.quickbase.com/db/bxbxbxbxbx?a=dbpage&pageID=7&rid="&; URLEncode([Record ID#])&"&company="& URLEncode([Company Name for URL])&"&time="& URLEncode([Date and Time for URL])
Works beautifully now
