The ""new"" look really sucks.
Why do you make a major changes on Quickbase without warning the customers and not having a revert to the old view. Now things are hidden in menu commands. Really?

The admin is just the IT guy who set up the license for this. I make the applications and administer them, not the IT guy who would of deleted those emails. You should have sent an email to all users of the applications, not just the admin, because they are the people who use it on a daily basis. It took forever to just find the Import/Export link. If I had to change pricing now on our products I would be totally lost. Now I'm going to get a ton of phone calls and emails complaining that they can't find anything. Sigh..........Fridays....and young designers who have to change the look of everything, hate it.
