This App Is Starting to Come Together Message on every Home Page
We are uncertain who can see this on the Home Page of every App. There is no obvious way to make this go away. Reloading the page doesn't appear to work. Who's idea was this?

- This seems to be a pervasive random bug. I have not reported it myself as it is so pervasive that I assume they must be aware of it and trying to nail it down.
- Hi Jim,Our PD team is aware of the issue and they are looking into it. While looking into this bug they have now disabled that page so your users should no longer run into that false display issue. Thank you very much for your patience while we look into this.
