Time of daily Automation

My experience is that they run sometime between midnight and 1:00 am in the time zone of the app.

To my understanding, automation are triggered at PT timezone and their trigger depends on the queue server of QB. There is no fixed time to get automation triggered. The ideal approach is to observe your first automation run and roughly assume that time. 

Quickbase is yet to work on giving option  for users to specify time for automation/ subscriptions .
