Transferring Table Structure (along with dynamic rules) to another Table!

I have seen a couple of similar posts but solutions were provided offline so I don't have visibility into them. In Summary, I am looking for ways to assist with exporting table structure (along with dynamic rules, etc) from a DEV working sandbox to a sandbox in a LIVE environment. The idea for Management to give it one final look before amending changes to the LIVE environment. Can someone shed light on how to do this?
