Troubleshooting an automation

Question

Any advice on how to troubleshoot an automation?&nbsp; I got this error and know which automation it is but it does not indicate at all what the issue was.&nbsp; It just takes me to the automation.

You could unrequire the fields one by one to determine which field is the problem.

The error message says that there is a required field and you are not populating it. So look at the field list to see which fields are required. They will have a red star.

Ivan,When did the fields become required? You may have gaps.More than once I have had optional fields evolve into required fields as the business case grows more sophisticated.&nbsp; Then you have older data that is valid but incomplete.&nbsp; Reports, automatons and workflows then do not work correctly because of the legacy issue.------------------------------Don LarsonPaasporterWestlake OH------------------------------
