Twilio Pipeline - Message Received Trigger

Weird, but last week I had a twilio pipeline working with the Twilio Channel all set up, was sending and receiving. Since I want to say Thursday 6/15/23, Twilio keeps throwing 404 errors at me for sending messages to the same pipeline. 

The pipeline URL hasn't changed, the pipeline does not register any activity, all the while twilio throwing 404 

Conifrmed with a manual webhook twilio is sending the message, so I feel this is on the quickbase side, specifically with the "Message Received" handler of the Twilio pipelines channel. but like I said the "Send a mesage" handler is working fine. 
Has anyone been using this twilio connector encountered any recent issues? Or any ideas to get me back on track? tytytyty

    Just curious if anyone else is even using the twilio channel, specifically the message received trigger successfully?
