I am receiving the same error when connecting a table via SFTP.

With my issue, it appears to be a priority issue with bandwidth. If you stay logged in for about 5ish minutes, the app will load once you click refresh and you will have no problems.

I'm getting this error too. If you haven't already please put in a support case so they will hopefully fix this soon!
Not sure if this as anything to do with it, but I used to have issues (I dont remember if this is the warning message I got...) when it asked me for my realm and I would type myrealm.quickbase.com and it would not work. Then I found out I had to type: https://myrealm.quickbase.com
Perhaps not the issue you are having, but just something to check.
