UNFORMATED SPREADSHEET

I saved a report / database in .csv format, but opening it in excel shows the info separated by commas in just one column instead of a column per column.

Any suggestion to fix this?

    Hi Roberto,

    If you go into that table again and select 'save as spreadsheet' again do you have the same issue every time you try to download that data?

    Roberto,

    Sometimes the browser loses its mind.  I have had downloads come up 100% empty.   

    Refresh the report even if it looks right on the monitor and then do Save As A Spreadsheet again.
