Update report filters when drop down options change
Hello!
Is there a quick way to update the report filters to reflect the changes made to the drop down options in a text-multiple choice field?
Example - If Status is Changed from 1-New Case to 2-New Case, can the reports that use the filter of Status=1-New case be automatically changed to reflect Status=2-New Case?
Thanks in advance.

- Not with a standard Text-Multiple Choice field. The only way that this will work would be if your Status field options were setup in their own table and, instead of a standard Text-Multiple Choice field, you set it up as a relationship to the Statuses table. You could then set your filter to use the 'Related Status' field (which would be the Record ID# of the selected Status). Any changes to the name of a Status would then not require you to update any filters based on that 'Related Status' field.
