Updating drop down lists

You would edit the field properties for that multiple choice field. But before doing that you need to research if that field is used in other reports or formulas. There is a Usage Tab in field properties to assist with that.

------------------------------- Sure, you can use dynamic form rules to hide a field. For example when the user is in Role XYZ, hide Field.
