Updating your users data base

How do I delete users in the denied status? My attempt is to update my database including changing administrators. Any advice would be very helpful.

    Can you expand a little bit on what you mean? Are you referring to a single application or the realm overall? If you're just talking about a single app then you can just remove the user from that app and they'll be gone from the list under 'Manage Usesrs'
