Yes its possible if the spreadsheets follow a consistent naming convention which contains a unique record identifier. We have spreadsheets stored on Amazon S3 in buckets that are automatically pulled into quickbase records several times a day. We also have an import table that has saved import configurations (field mappings) so that even importing manually is very quick. Both solutions are third party add-ons from Juiced Technologies and we're very happy with them but I'm sure there are other providers who can do the work as well.
