Hi Mackenzie,
Have you looked at Automations to help you with this? An Automation could be set up to copy a record over to another table anytime a Manager edits it so long as you set up a way for Managers to indicate they are ready to copy the record over. For example you could put a checkbox on the record that only Managers and Admins can edit that just says 'finalized' and set up an automation to copy the record anytime the finalized checkbox is checked and then go back and uncheck that finalized checkbox to reset it for them. This way your Managers don't even need to go looking for a button just go through that process and hit save. If you are specifically looking for a button I'm sure there are a few people here on the forums who could make some suggestions on how you could build that.

I figured out a solution!
- Created a checkbox field on parent record
- Created url button to check field
- Automation that when checkbox is checked, it checks a box in the child records
- Automation that saves records with that checked field
- Scheduled automation that runs daily to uncheck both the parent and child checkboxs so managers can continue to save new reports monthly.
