Qrew LegendIt might be due to the lack of URLEncoding of content with spaces.

- Thank you! I updated formula as shown (had to make one change; added quotes to this URLEndcode("Return to Submitter")) but still no luck on the edit record i.e fields 94 and 43 were not updated.

------------------------------- Not sure about field 43, but Mark, correct me if I'm wrong but if field 94 is a checkbox doesnt it need to be =1 (versus = true)?
Also, I always use ?a= instead of ?act, but I do not know if that makes a difference. Mark, do you know the difference between a and act?
