Use Pipelines to send notifications more frequently?

Is it possible to use pipelines to send out reports multiple times per day?

    No it is not. as the URL to send a test subscription is not an API.  I have tried and asked Pipeline experts.  You could put a formula URL link to the report in a record and trigger an email notification via a schedule pipelin, but the user would need to click a link in the mail to see the report.
