User - List User Report Link

Have a Report Link field. Match the value field type is User. To the fields in field type is List User. When List User field only has 1 user selected the report link works. When the List User field has more than 1 user selected the report link does not work. Selecting / deselecting value matching makes no difference. Please help. Am I doing something wrong? Is this even possible? Suggestions?

    I don�t have time to test but try these two ideas.

    Set the report link field properties not to require an extract match.

    Or make formulas to convert each of the two fields ToText( .....) and try a non Exact match that way.
