User() in a formula

Hello, I have a URL formula showing as a button on a form. When clicked, I have the formula populating a Date/Time field with now(). I would also like to populate a user field with User() to captur...

Does changing it to be UserToEmail(User()) help at all? You should probably also wrap that in an URLEncode just in case.
