Using \ in formula text field

​Hi, I am trying to find out how to use \ in a formula text field.

My current formula is:

"G:\SharedDrive\folder"&[File Name]&""

I get an error message stating the \ needs to be enclosed in quotes like this: '\'. I do that and the field only returns '' without the \.

    You are misunderstanding the help text. It means you should add another backslash behind it. Something like this should work for you.

    "G:\\SharedDrive\\folder\\"&[File Name]
