Using Forumla URL, perhaps, to generate an email in an email client?
Is it possibly to create, possibly via formula URL or something similar to the iCalendar export function, an email inside an email client, containing information from certain fields, that is then sent through, say, Outlook, instead of sending Notifications directly from quickbase.
Here's my issue. I have notifications firing, currently, from quickbase, but the timing of the arrival of these emails are erratic. Sometimes the mesage is delayed up to an hour.
We're using this system as a Check In system for visitors to our building, and want an email sent to the staff members who have visitors waiting. Emails need to be timely, and sending them through our internal email is more reliable than waiting for quickbase's notifications.
