Should I imply from the lack of response that is is not possible to use CSS in Notification emails?

5 years agoI can't really speak about CSS but if you were looking for an easy way to make a beautifully formatted notification which is suitable for external email say to customers then there is an easy way.
You just make a word document as beautiful as you like and in the word document you include in square brackets your field names where you want those values inserted. Copy the whole word document onto your clipboard and then we need to translate it to HTML.
The easiest way to do this is to create a rich text page for this purpose. Create that empty page and then paste in your clipboard contents.
Then toggle the button to reveal the HTML and copy that whole mess of code onto your clipboard and then paste that into the email notification and of course enable HTML in the notification.
The result will be a beautifully formatted email notification.
