View completed fastfield form in Quickbase

I have Fastfield and Quickbase. I can have a completed FF inspection form show up in the QB table but if I click the eye icon in the table, a blank screen appears. How do I view the completed inspection form in QB if I click the eye instead of a blank screen. 

The purpose of wanting this... I want my team to be able to view completed inspections in a more user friendly way than using the FF app or Dropbox. 

They can filter out inspections in an easier way doing things this way (filter by account, account manager, or any data on the completed inspection).
