Web Page in side a Rich Text field not changing on next record.

When I use your code I get different results:

    Adam that is because this is a subscription service and you would need to login to get the correct page.  When we navigate to a record we have already logged in to the site.  The first image that you see is the login and you wouldn't be able to go any further.
