WEBHOOK - date added in one app needs to be copied to another app

I have a date field that gets entered in one application (I am the owner). I want that date to pass over to another application (I am not the owner).

How do I accomplish this? I cannot use the action or automation right because it is in a different application?

    ACTIONs and Automations can add records to any app in your Realm  (ie mycompany.quickbase.com) that you have access to.

    Webhooks can access any app that you have access to.
