7 years agoTo allow nonusers to access your app, you would need to add the User "Everyone On the Internet". It can be found by clicking on the address book icon to the left of the field where you typically type in the user email when adding new users, then choose Groups.
You must be very careful will allowing EOTI access to your app, so you'll want to also set up a special role with only the specific permissions that the people filling out this form will need.
As an admin you can always test the role using the drop down next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting "Test this Apps as".
Once you have the role set up and have assigned EOTI to it, you can distribute the link to the app to whomever you need to have fill out the form.
It's also important to note that if these individuals will be adding or editing records they will show up as Anonymous, so you may want to add a field to capture name, if that's important to you.
- Open address book
- Select Everyone on the Internet (EOTI)
