Heather,
I assume that data is not stored in Quick Base but is in a back end audit DB somewhere that will update to the interface on some regular basis. Once or twice a day. So hopefully it be different tomorrow.
If someone else has the definitive answer I am curious as well.

Hey Don,
Thanks for the reply! I tested the theory and waited two days to see if the 'Used' value would update. It didn't. I didn't think it would, as the app has been live for over a year and I know people use the charts.
It may be a bug. I'll enter a support case to ask QB.

Thanks for the update. Please post back on the success of your support case.
In the queue for Reports I have asked QB for the same data as a field
Date Created
Date Modified
Report Owner
Report Modified By
Usage, meaning what dashboards or forms is the report embedded in.

I can confirm that as of right now the usage count on charts not updating is indeed a bug, submitting a case will get your case tied to the issue. If anyone else is experiencing this issue and wants to have a case tied to the bug you can do so by opening a support case. Then as updates on the bug happened you would be notified. Sorry there wasn't a simple fix I could recommend instead.
P.S. For those community members that find this who haven't created a support case before you can do so while in the community by clicking on Support where it appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen or when logged into Quick Base by clicking on the question mark (?) icon that appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen and selecting "Manage Support Cases".
