What happens when an outside source responds to a QuickBase email notification? Can I customize who the response goes to or where it is saved within the application?

If you make the Notification apply to only when a single record is changed, and if you have registered your email address with QuickBase, then you will be able to specify the "FROM". That way the user will be able to REPLY to the email.
If a user simply responds to a Notification from notify@quickbase.com, the reply will just go into a deep dark hole.
