Who is considered to be a 'user'?

What constitutes a "user" when deciding which package we need for our company?

I will be developing the application(s)...but we will have 50 or so representatives who will need to be able to log in and access 'their' specific information. Would each one of our reps be considered a 'user'?

  • Yes, exactly.  QuickBase has a very useful and powerful ability to know who is logged in and what records they are allowed to view.  So each Rep would be a User.

An example of the power of this is that Let's say that you have Role access permission set to where the Sales Reps can only see orders for their own Customers.  You could then set up a single Subscription report to fire each day to all Sales Reps and each rep would receive a different report or just their own orders.
