Why is QB so slow today?

It is taking up to 5 minutes for QB to move to the next screen/item. It is painful to work in today. Is there something happening today to slow it down?

  • Thank you - I have clicked on the link. It seems to say the issue has been resolved but they are monitoring the issue. I would like to inform you that the system is still very painfully slow for us here in the UK.

      Yes, I can understand. :) Quick Base has already figured out the issue and fixed the same. Hope it will come back soon in original pace.

      I'm sorry to say but it is still very slow for us here in the UK.

    I'm getting now what Heidi was experiencing earlier. See my screen shot of the 525 error. This is not isolated to just me. Another colleague of mine is getting this error too.

    While the issue has been resolved for most customers we have had some reports of customers that are still experiencing a slowdown in service. Our Operations team is actively looking into the issue as it appears to be tied to some larger underlying ISP network problem and we are trying to isolate how this is impacting those users still experiencing a slowdown. If you would like to view or subscribe to our status updates you can do so at our Status Page and I will also follow up here when we have an update to the issue.

      I was liking this because my page is hanging hard. But now I got the 524 error as well.
      Before I was able to rectify but switching browsers.. but not always. _

    This problem continues and it impacts our Service Desk.
  • The problem is still happening for me and 3 of my colleagues. The impact is VERY high for us as all our data is in the system and we need it to do our work. Please can this be prioritised?
  • We are not even able to log in.  This is our main database for contacts and our entire company operates on this.Please let us know when this is updated.
