Zapier update times

Does anyone have any info on the update times Zapier accounts have above the Pro account?

Currently the Pro account has 2 min update times, and the Team account which is the next step up has 1 min updates.

The Pro account is taking up to 20 min to update, does the Team account go any faster?  Is it still slower than advertised like the Pro account is?

Trying to decide where to go next, thank you for any input.
