Good morning folks! Writing to remind everyone of our second Women's Qrew meet up that is taking place tomorrow, 7/16, from 1-2PM EST! Based on last month's conversation, we heard a desire to learn more about how to leverage your QB building skills to grow your career. Joining us will be two guest speakers to help foster a conversation around this topic: Nichole Braswell, Quickbase Developer at Sympo & Sherri Kottmann, Chief People Officer at Quickbase We're looking forward to hosting these two amazing women, and hope to see you all there! Jan 21st Meetup
Hello Ladies and Happy New Year! We have a meetup scheduled for Jan 21st from 1-2pm ET. We have a couple of topics we thought we could discuss to kick off the new year: Empower 2025 is scheduled for March 31st and April 1st. Who's going? Who's gone in the past and can speak to their experiences? We can give some insights into what's being demoed as well. Goals and discussion topics for the Women's Qrew in 2025. Do we have any goals we want to accomplish as a Qrew group? What product areas do you want to learn more about? Are there other discussions you'd be interested in talking about? If you have any other thoughts for agenda items, post here or feel free to bring it up on the call when we meet. Look forward to seeing you all!Post-Empower Feedback
Happy Monday ladies :) Now that we've all had a couple weeks to digest from Empower, I would love to start a discussion around the event and start to gather feedback from the team. I personally was not able to attend, but I heard a lot of great things from the folks that were able to get together for the first time in 5 years! I would love to hear from some of the folks who either went in person or watched the Keynote live - what was your favorite part? Are you excited about a certain new feature? What could use improvement from either an engagement or rollout standpoint? Based on some of the feedback we gather from the group, this will inform our discussions moving forward and which Quickbase or developer resources we can help tap in for further discussion. While we did not have the opportunity to do a Qrew-specific event for Empower this year, that is certainly the goal for next year's. I hope some of you had the opportunity to meet with other members of the Qrew and join some of the ERG events during Empower. Hey ladies! I hope you are all having a lovely start to your December. I wanted to reach out to formally update the group that we are not hosting any more events/meet ups through the rest of the year, and are looking to pick discussions back up in January. Please feel free to delete/reject the calendar invite for next week as we will not be hosting a session. Thank you all who have participated in getting this wonderful Qrew group started! We are very much looking forward to announcing our plans for 2025 and picking things back up in the new year. Good afternoon everyone! I hope anyone located in the southeast is staying safe and sound following the impact of Helene and Milton. I'm writing today to update the Qrew on our event for October: We are not hosting the Women's Qrew meetup that is planned for 10/17. Instead, we are in the process of planning an exciting panel discussion around Building Your Personal Brand with some prominent female Quickbase leaders, targeting the morning of 10/30. Instead of hosting an internal-only discussion like we have in previous years, the WLG is delighted to extend invitations to this free, virtual panel discussion to members of the Women's Qrew!! :) Stay tuned for more details and the panel invite once we confirm final details, but as always, please feel free to reach out to me directly at tluccio@quickbase.com if you have any questions.
