Summary Report and Color Coding or Rich Text Formula Field None of the fields in my table are recognized when I use the code in the link above, so I put in a support ticket. If I get it working, I'll update this thread with where I got stuck and how to resolve. Thanks! And apologies, in my last message I answered incorrectly too. The report I'm working with is actually a summary report, which seems to not include a color-coding option in settings. ------------------------------ Shelby Pons ------------------------------ Re: Color Coding Not Available in Custom Reports? The 2 reports I'm working with are type Table, and the content is all showing as expected. Thanks! Shelby ------------------------------ Shelby Pons ------------------------------ Color Coding Not Available in Custom Reports?Hi, I'm working to create a few custom reports and charts for one of our tables. In one of these tables, we basically have a delta field, which we want to highlight red if the change is negative and green if the change is positive. Based on the info from Quickbase in "color-coding in reports", this should be possible. The issue is that I'm not seeing a "color coding" section anywhere in any of the custom reports (besides the main "List All" table). I've also just tried to add a simple color-coding script in any of the "Add a formula" sections (such as for "Report formulas" and "Summary formulas" sections), but I've had no luck. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! Shelby ------------------------------ Shelby Pons ------------------------------ Admin has Issue Creating New Connected TableI have admin app level permissions to an app, but I'm unable to create new Connected tables. At the end of the set-up wizard, I receive an error saying "We couldn't create your table. Details: You don't have permission to access that page." Similarly, when we create new regular (not connected) tables, we need to first create the table, then go into App settings > Roles and grant permissions for us to see the settings of that table... I'm thinking I can't do the same for Connected tables because you need to finish the wizard to create it, but you need settings permissions to finish the Wizard... Has anyone dealt with this or anything similar? Thanks! I reached out by putting in a Support Case, and I was advised to run my app through the Mixed Encoding Scanner (another app you can get on Exchange) and to run API_GetSchema to check if any of the data was bad. No success in identifying an issue with either of these yet. Were you advised by a Quick Base support person on the 1MB schema limit, or did you happen to find that on another post/from another user? Thanks, Shelby ------------------------------ Shelby Pons ------------------------------ Table-to-Table Pipeline - Field Limit?Hi, I'm creating a pipeline to connect 2 tables within 1 app. The source table has around 40 fields (size around 5 KB), and the target table has around 200 fields (with size around 4 MB). When configuring the "Prepare Bulk Record Upsert" action, the Fields for the large target table won't load, and it shows error "We're unable to show all options at this time. If you don't see what you're looking for, reload this page. If you need additional support, please contact us." (image attached) I have tried reloading, manually typing in the field ID (#s), and manually typing the field names in format: {{b.field_name}}, none of which has worked. Has anyone found a workaround for this issue? Or at least an explicit note from Quick Base on a field limit for these actions? Thank you!
