Using pipelines, I can retrieve the Event, but I'm having trouble getting it to recognize the individual attendees and match them to a Participant record in the app. Details: I have a Meetings table that can, if requested, trigger a Pipeline to create a corresponding Outlook Event and retain the Outlook ID on the Meeting record. The Meeting record is parent to the records in a Meeting Participants table. When the Outlook Event is created, it uses a combined field to grab the email addresses of the Outlook attendees. In the list of Outlook Event fields that I can be referencing, I see that Attendee is one, with email address and response. So my goal is to have each attendee matched to the Participant record. But I believe I need another step to separate out all the attendees. I tried asking the pipeline to dump all the attendee data ({{b.attendees}} into new field on the table in order to try a regex on the results, but the pipeline failed. Current Pipeline: Query Meeting Records that have an Outlook ID assigned and whose Start Date/Time is after now. For each Meeting, start a Loop Find the Outlook Event using the Outlook ID Query the Participant Records that have the same Meeting ID and whose email address equals an Attendee email (I think this is where I'm going wrong. How can I ask it to separate out the attendees?) For each Participant Record, start a Loop Update the Participant Record with the Outlook attendee response Thanks in advance! ------------------------------ Carlie Maheurin Project Manager Sun East FCU Aston PA ------------------------------ Pipeline Search, if none found... Figured it out, feel free to delete. Thanks! Gantt "Inactive" Tasks In the Gantt plug-in, marking a task "inactive" from the Advanced menu greys it out on the task list and Gantt bar. However, once you save and exit the Gantt, it appears nothing happens with that data to retain it, and the tasks are no longer inactive when returning to the plug-in. Any understanding as to why this is, and what functionality the inactive option does have? Thanks! ------------------------------ Carlie Maheurin ------------------------------ Outlook Calendar - Update / Cancel I have several tables and pipelines that work together to Create Outlook meetings, and pipelines that can Update the linked Outlook meeting, or Delete the linked Outlook meeting. I'm struggling to get the Delete pipeline to work after the Update pipeline has previously been run on the meeting. The input/output does not populate, so no insights there: The Delete pipeline does work on Outlook meetings that were not Updated, so I suspect that the issue is with the link between the records. I have tried all of the options for the Link that occurs after the Update pipeline, but those changes haven't seemed to fix the issue: Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you! ------------------------------ Carlie Maheurin ------------------------------ URL String Reference I am working to create multiple Formula URL buttons that help with workflows through saving, editing, redirecting, etc. I've found scattered references that can be used with QB records/navigation, but I can't seem to find some sort of central reference for how to build/read URL strings. For instance: URLRoot() & "db/" & [_DBID_Projects] & "?a=API_EditRecord&rid=" & [Record ID#] & "&apptoken=" & [App Token] & "&_fid_266=" & true & "&rdr=" & URLEncode(URLRoot() & "db/" & Dbid() & "?a=doredirect&z=" & Rurl()) I know what the URL accomplishes within my app, and can see how most of that is reflected in the string. But using that information to create new URL strings that do different things has been a struggle for me. https://helpv2.quickbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/4570366896532 only helps a little with using ?z= and some API functions https://helpv2.quickbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/4570286674196-Formula-queries- helps with queries for the most part The API Guide is great for details. Magic Buttons has a good number of examples, but I can't always parse it out to my needs. Can anyone direct me to a single reference/resource??
