What URL can be used in a notification to open the record in edit mode? Bonus points if the user can be pointed to a particular form (in edit mode). Thank you! ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Save and Redirect to Sharepoint site I am looking to create a button (URL formula) that will save the current record and redirect to a Sharepoint site. I see posts in the community for redirects to another QB location. Is it possible to redirect to an external site? If so, what would that formula look like? ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Re: Pipelines - Create a csv file Has anyone been successful with the above ask? Or are there known limitations that prevent QB from creating and transporting .csv? ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Re: Create a Gauge Report that displays % Working great now...thank you! ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Cumulative goal line on Line Trend Chart I have created a report formula query field to show my actuals in a cumulative way for my primary y axis. (It is grouped by week in the x axis.) What would a query look like to create a goal line in the secondary y axis that shows an increase by 45 each week (goal is 45/week)? I do not have a field to summarize the goal. Is there another report formula query that could accomplish this? ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Re: Create a Gauge Report that displays % Switched from summed to average, the gauge display appears to be about what it should be (24%), but the % displays at 0%. Ideas? ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Create a Gauge Report that displays % I am trying to set up a gauge report that displays % completion, to display on new dashboard as a single %. Numerical percent formula field: [# of Content Reviews Completed]/[# of Active Content]/100 Gauge Report set up: Gauge measures: Numerical percent formula field (above), summarized by (summed) Start at 0 Goal = 1 Filter: Content Status = Active Gauge Results: The total# completed, not the % completed. ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Re: Join table has many matches: how to embed reportsThank you for this information. When I pulled the field for that record ID down to the grandchildren and great grandchildren, some, but not all, records populate in the embedded report. I used combined text fields to pull from the match lookup to the grand parent (templates) and great grandparent (roles) tables. See attached diagram for the hierarchy structure and how I utilized combined text fields and lookups. Is this the right way to structure this, given I have 1 join table with different match types? ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------ Join table has many matches: how to embed reportsHierarchy: Roles < Templates < Classes < Points I have 5 tables: Roles, Templates, Classes, Points, and a join table that has several match types, since it's a many to many in all cases: - Role to Template - Template to Class - Class to Point I am able to successfully create embedded records based on the match types above. However, I need to roll up grandchildren: - Points into the Templates table - Classes into the Roles table And roll up great grandchildren: - Points into the Roles table I have tried the structure (attached) without success. ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------New style report filters in iframeI am using an iframe on a Sharepoint site to show a QB report with the new style. When dynamic filters are added to the report, the report in the iframe displays the filters on the left (old style). How can I convert the filters to the new style in the iframe? ------------------------------ Colleen Burch ------------------------------
