I would like a button to take them from the first activity to the next keeping them within their 5 records. Does that make any sense? Re: Can you add values in multi-line text fields?Sorry about that, it's actually a multiple choice field, where the options are numeric. I would like to add a few of these fields to get a total. That's one case, then there is another case where I have formula-numeric fields(converting letter choices to numbers) that I want to add for a total as well. Does this make sense? Can you add values in multi-line text fields?I need to add values in a couple multi-line text fields. They are not numeric fields so I'm finding it hard to do this. Is there a solution? All options in the fields are numeric but we've made it a multi-line field so that they are forced to choose from a set of codes.Re: I need to get a ""count"" of how many checkbox fields are checked off in a record. The page isn't in a specific table and I don't know where to find the page name you're referring to. I'm trying to accomplish the same thing(add a link to one of my forms that opens this "Page" in another window) and I can't seem to copy your formula and make it work. Thanks in advance. Luisana
