"Last Modified By" shows up as an option to Trigger Step A off of, but not as an option for Subsequent Steps. Thoughts? Is this a bug possibly? Ashley ------------------------------ Ashley Solomon ------------------------------ Formula Checkbox box on Numeric field I am trying to create a formula for a Checkbox field type. I need the Checkbox to the checked if the value in a numeric field is greater then or equal too a 1,000,000. I keep hitting a wall. ------------------------------ Ashley Solomon ------------------------------ Numeric Formula with multiple conditions HELP! I've racked my brain over this one. I have a Numeric Total Field (Currency) that gets it's value via serval different possible options. 1st it looks at a Manual Entry Field. If the Manual Entry field is populated then value is multiplied by the Fee Rate to provide a Total. If the Manual Entry Field is blank... 2nd it looks at a Snapshot field and multiplies that value by the Fee Rate to provide a Total. If both are blank then the Total is $0.00. My is issue is if I entry 0 into the Manual Entry Field so there is no charge (treating it like an override) the formula isn't calculating. How do I account for this in the formula? Current Formula: If([Domestic Wires (#) - Manual]<>0, Sum([Domestic Wires (#) - Manual] * [Fee Schedule - Wire Fee (Domestic)]), Sum([# of Domestic Wires (Snapshot)]*[Fee Schedule - Wire Fee (Domestic)],0)) I have tried this one too... If([Domestic Wires (#) - Manual]<>0, Sum(If([Domestic Wires (#) - Manual]=0,0), [Domestic Wires (#) - Manual] * [Fee Schedule - Wire Fee (Domestic)]), Sum([# of Domestic Wires (Snapshot)]*[Fee Schedule - Wire Fee (Domestic)],0)) Snap Shot for Reference... ------------------------------ Ashley Solomon ------------------------------ Re: Total Formula with 2 IF statements Awesome! That did the trick. Thanks Mike. ------------------------------ Ashley Solomon ------------------------------ Total Formula with 2 IF statements I that a Total field that needs to... 1st look at a Manual entry field and pull the value it if it is populated. Caveat, if 0 is entered in the Manual field then the Total needs to be 0. So I have taken the "treat blanks as 0" off the Manual field. 2nd if there is NOT a value in the Manual field, and Charge Filing Fee is Checked then apply Filling Fee to the Total. IF Charge Filing Fee is not checked then the Total is 0. Below is my current formula. The piece that I can figure out is if 0 is entered into the Manual field. Thank you so much for responding. Much appreciated. Ashley ------------------------------ Ashley Solomon ------------------------------ Nz Function - Formula Help I have a Formula Currency field "Total Filing Fee" that needs to preform the following function: Take the value entered in "Filing Fees - Manual". If the field is blank then check to see if "Charge Filling Fee?" is check (lookup). If it's checked then take the value in "Filing Fees (per Filing)" (lookup). If the checkbox is unchecked then the fee should not be pulled into the Formula field and it should just calculate as a $0.00 Below is the formula that I have built. It pulls in the "Filing Fees - Manual", but stops there. I would greatly appreciate any input. Much appreciated Mike. ------------------------------ Ashley Solomon ------------------------------ Formula - Rich Text field is not displaying zeros after the "."I have a Formula - Rich Text field that is converting a Currency field "ToText".
